1. Delivery Areas

Laxminarayan Shriram currently delivers to:

  • All zones within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR)
  • Selected areas in Thane, Navi Mumbai, and Vasai–Virar

We are expanding our service areas.

2. Delivery Timelines

Same-day Delivery:

  • For orders placed before 12 PM on working days
  • Applicable for items in ready stock

Next-day Delivery:

  • For orders placed after 12 PM
  • Or where stock needs to be procured from suppliers

Bulk or Special Orders:

  • May take 2–3 business days, depending on volume and sourcing

Note: Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, heavy rainfall, or traffic restrictions.

3. Delivery Charges

Standard Delivery:

  • Free for orders above ₹5,000
  • For orders below ₹5,000:
    • ₹150–₹250 based on order weight and distance

Express Delivery (3–6 hours):

  • Additional ₹300 (subject to availability)

Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order size.

4. Delivery Procedure

  • Our logistics team will contact you before dispatch to confirm delivery availability
  • Materials are delivered curbside only (ground floor or building entrance)
  • Carrying materials to upper floors or inside premises is not included
  • Please ensure someone is present to receive and inspect the order

5. Delivery Issues

Please notify us within 2 hours of delivery if:

  • Items are missing, damaged, or incorrect
  • There is a mismatch in quantity

We will arrange for redelivery or resolve the issue on priority.

6. Shipping Limitations

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes
  • Orders may be delayed due to weather conditions, traffic bans, or supplier constraints
