Laxminarayan Shriram – Refund & Return Policy
At Laxminarayan Shriram, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Our Refund and Return Policy is designed to be simple, transparent, and tailored to the unique nature of building material supply.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition
- The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery
Note: Certain bulk, custom-cut, or perishable construction materials (e.g., cement, sand, admixtures, etc.) are not eligible for return unless delivered in error or damaged.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used products
- Products that have been tampered with or altered after delivery
- Items marked as “Non-returnable” during the purchase process
- Materials exposed to water, breakage, or improper storage after delivery
3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or Laxminarayan Shriram wallet credit
- Refund amounts will exclude any handling or logistics charges unless the return is due to an error by Laxminarayan Shriram
4. Return Pickup & Logistics
- Return pickup will be arranged by Laxminarayan Shriram within 2 working days of approval
- In certain pin codes or for small items, customers may be requested to self-ship the return to a designated address
- Returned items will be inspected at our warehouse before the refund is initiated
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting our customer support
- If canceled after dispatch, a return handling or logistics fee may apply
6. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with the return or refund outcome, please contact our support team. Laxminarayan Shriram aims to resolve disputes fairly, transparently, and promptly.
